Snow Your Rolls

Snow Your Rolls is a sokoban puzzle game about rolling snowballs to increase and decrease their size.

The goal of each level is to build a snowman, and to do that, you need to create snowballs of particular sizes. You can see these target sizes in the top right of your screen.

The level is complete once you have at least one snowball on the field of each target size.

Created for The Very Serious Juniper Dev Game Jam. I had some similar ideas to this game kicking around in my head for a while, so when I heard the theme was “spin to win”, I found a way to tie some of my ideas together with a “rolling snowballs” premise.

I have also released a video walkthrough.

Return to YouTube

For the 18th anniversary of the BADGRAPHIX YouTube channel, I released 2 new videos!
These mark the first public videos on the channel in over 5 years. Check them out to get a look at the projects I’ve been working on over that 5 year period.

Sky of Secrets

Over the last year or so, I’ve been working on the follow-up to my most popular work, Castle in the Sky Ascension.

This project has been a huge undertaking, but it’s looking like it’s finally reaching the end of its planned scope.

Check it out here.

Sky of Secrets takes the gameplay formula of Castle in the Sky and expands the world in a big way. Not only does it feature 3 hand-crafted original castles filled with treasure, but it also has a “daily castle”. Daily castles are procedurally generated and feature coins instead of treasure.

Collecting coins will allow you to access bonus areas in the main lobby that house treasure just like the castles. Collecting these treasures will reveal more about the mysterious setting you’ve been dropped in.

There is also a dash ability you can use in the dailies, because I thought it would be more fun that way.

Anyway, I think I’ve reached a good stopping point with this project for now, so I figure I finally make a blog post covering all the time I’ve spent building up this project. There’s a lot of content in this game. In fact, it is the biggest one I’ve ever made.

Happy exploring!
